Standards for Victory Baia Mare and Site Expert Media regarding child safety and the prohibition of CSAE.
CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS
Victory Baia Mare, published on Google Play by Site Expert Media and administered through the Victory Baia Mare ministry platform, is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially children and minors.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, predatory behavior, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or any behavior that endangers children.
1. Prohibited content and behavior
Users must not use Victory Baia Mare to create, upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- grooming, coercion, sextortion, or inappropriate contact involving minors
- content that sexualizes, endangers, or harms children
- any unlawful or exploitative activity involving minors
2. Reporting and contact
If you believe any content, communication, or behavior may violate these standards or may endanger a child, please contact us immediately.

3. Enforcement
When we become aware of content or conduct that may violate these standards, we may take action including:
- removing or restricting content

- reporting illegal material or conduct to the relevant authorities
4. Compliance with law
Victory Baia Mare and Site Expert Media comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
5. Scope
These standards apply to the Victory Baia Mare mobile application, related website services, and associated digital communication channels operated in connection with the app and the ministry platform.
